#22-25 4th World Conference on Women, Huairou, China, 1995 (30th Anniversary edition) 

Community radio producers defied China’s ban on reporters at the massive non-governmental portion of the UN’s 4th (and so far the final) World Conference on Women, held in in Huairou, China, August 30-September 11,1995. The economic, social and logistical issues they covered are all still in play today.
