Guatemalan women fleeing to the USA
The inclusion of life-threatening domestic and gang violence as reasons for seeking asylum abroad is being weakened and effectively deleted by the current US Attorney General. This documentary covers women who have fled Guatemala to try to access asylum in the USA. One succeeds, one does not. Several are in the US with their children, and hoping.
